First Boogie Woogie Piano Club of Great Britain

Membership of The UK Boogie Woogie Club provides free entry to Club Nights, discounted tickets at the Annual International Festival, an invitation to the Festival Press Night and free entry to certain UK International Boogie Woogie Festival events.

UK Boogie Woogie Club Nights are a unique opportunity for members to enjoy exceptional music in an intimate atmosphere. Each meeting involves plenty of playing, singing and dancing!

The club is definitely flourishing and we are thrilled that the membership continues to grow. One thing is for sure, it doesn’t seem to matter how bad your day has been – five minutes into that boogie woogie music and you feel great … as good as anything the doctor can prescribe!

If you have never been before – come along, you will be very welcome. You can be a temporary member for one night for the princely sum of £3.50

The club’s monthly meetings are in the Function Room of The British Legion, Sturminster Newton. It is a purpose-built venue with stage, bar and lighting and is an ideal setting for a great nights out! We do hope you will join us there.

Club Nights are held on the first Monday of every month except July and August.

The Club holds its own International Festival at the beginning July, and in August key Members attend the festival at La Roquebrou, France.
